Principles developed from building across startups, scale-ups, and global companies.

Start from user reality

I've built consumer apps with 10M+ daily users, payment platforms for merchants in 4 countries, and enterprise B2B tools. The best insights come from watching users struggle, not reading dashboards.

Seek unfamiliar territory

Viral apps, regulated fintech, enterprise AI. I deliberately choose problems I haven't solved before. Range beats narrow expertise.

Constraints are fuel

The tightest constraints produce the best products. I learned this building in India where you can't throw money at problems.

Build systems, not heroes

Great product orgs run on clear processes, not heroic individual efforts. I build frameworks that scale beyond me.

Cross-functional empathy

I speak legal, ops, marketing, and engineering. Understanding everyone's constraints is the only way to ship complex products fast.
